Our software products are mainly cloud-based. Your data is stored safely on the online storage without any worry of breach. While our product also operates offline during which they utilize your internal storage and upload after getting online.

Normally our products operate online but our POS software can be used offline. This allows business to manage their affair through a local network which can be uploaded later on. This can be really useful in case of connectivity issues.

Our customers can attach the concerned devices and operate this feature at its full capacity. This manages inventory, acquisition, and sales effectively.

FineX Cloud does not offer or stress any long-term contract. We offer monthly subscriptions for our ERP software products which our clients can cancel with a simple request. When you seem to no longer require our product feel free to cancel our products.

The functions of both ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) differ vastly and therefore ERP should be preferred. ERP comprises everything related to business while CRM comprises customer relations and sales.

The number of users depends on the package you opt i.e. basic package includes 1 user, regular package includes 2 users, & premium includes 4 users. Also, we offer additions of new users as per the decided cost.

We offer basic, regular, and premium packages. All of these are monthly packages that businesses can opt as per their need. These differ as per according to the size of the businesses and their management. These subscriptions can be availed on a pre-payment and post-payment basis.

Our admin control allows businesses to manage users through the backend. This includes activating, deactivating, and reactivating users depending on the needs of the business at any given time.

Our software product facilitates user management access through the backend. The main account can restrict other users and allocate access to reach the optimum outcome from our software product.

In addition to the users included in the package, you can add new users as per the agreed cost. This can be done anytime during your subscription as per your need.  The charges of the new user will be included in an addition invoice.

Mainly the number of users for any software product depends on the package but with the option to add users you can increase the number of users. However, there is no limit to the number of users. You can add as many users as you need as per your need against the additional cost.

FineX Cloud offer both options to pay for the subscription before the month starts or at the end of it. However, for our prepaid payment option, you get a grace period to pay the subscription and for post-paid you need to pay the subscription at the right date. The payment date is decided as per the date you join our subscription.

You can withdraw or discontinue our subscription anytime you like. Just make sure to export your data. It takes almost no time to withdraw the subscription.  In case you are on the prepaid subscription, you do not get a refund on the paid amount while on post-paid you only pay of the days until withdraw.

If you cancel our subscription mid-month in the case of prepared payment, we do not offer refunds for the remaining paid amount. On the other hand, for post-paid, you only get to pay for the days you have used our ERP software product.

Subscription cancelation at FineX Cloud takes no time. Just as you put in the request, you can withdraw and export your data.

Our customer support comprises of call assistance and email. Our experts are a call away and treat you most professionally to tend to your queries. On the other hand, the emails are replied as soon as possible with the most appropriate answers.
